How to Install lfc software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

lfc software package provides LCG File Catalog (LFC) client, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lfc

lfc is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lfc package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lfc *

You will get with lfc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
